Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Team Leader to join our Evolve Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team as a full-time team lead. This role involves leading a team of clinicians and overseeing comprehensive specialist assessments for adults and children referred for Autism and ADHD assessments via NHS Patient choice and their GP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring clear plans for each assessment case, avoiding overbooking clinicians, and fair allocation of work. They will also support newer team members, offer development support, and identify areas for improvement.

In addition, the Clinical Team Leader will chair MDT discussions, escalate issues, and work with senior leadership to resolve. A strong understanding of clinical supervision is essential for this role.
