About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Clinical Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership skills that are capable of establishing direction and purpose and lead others within a complex organisational structure.

In this role, you will adapt creatively the evidence base for interventions in mental health for clients with communication difficulties / learning disabilities. You will also provide consultation to other professionals and non-professional groups and undertake complex multiagency working and liaise with multiple systems.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective clinical leadership skills that are capable of establishing direction and purpose and lead others within a complex organisational structure
  • Adapt creatively the evidence base for interventions in mental health for clients with communication difficulties / learning disabilities.
