About Our Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Senior OT in Gender Identity Clinic to join our team at the West of England Specialist Gender Identity Clinic (WESGIC). As a senior member of the team, you will provide leadership and guidance to junior staff and contribute to the development of specialist services and related policies.

Key Responsibilities: Clinically supervise OTs, Named Professionals, and Peer Support Workers working in the Gender Service; lead peer supervision and continuing professional development of OT staff. Demonstrate active clinical and managerial leadership skills within the team, providing education and supervision, where required, to junior team members and other professionals and students.

Requirements: Significant experience working in community settings in MDTs. Training in gender healthcare. Highly developed knowledge of theory and practice of OT within gender healthcare. Experience of working in gender healthcare.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience.
