About the Role

The NHS is seeking a highly skilled Audiology Leadership Specialist to lead and manage specialized audiology services. The successful candidate will oversee balance, complex adult, and severe/profound patient care, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay updated with clinical advancements and integrate them into services.
  • Collaborate with referrers to optimize vestibular and complex adult audiology services.
  • Lead and manage a team of audiologists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Specialist training in Clinical Science (Audiology) or equivalent to MSc level.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical audiology experience at a minimum Band 5 level, with a focus on balance and complex adult cases.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a healthcare environment.
