About the Position

The NHS is seeking a highly skilled Complex Adult Hearing Specialist to lead and manage specialized audiology services. The successful candidate will oversee balance, complex adult, and severe/profound patient care, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, including conducting personal development reviews.
  • Identify and nurture talent, fostering a culture of clinical independence and growth.
  • Stay updated with clinical advancements and integrate them into services.

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Specialist training in Clinical Science (Audiology) or equivalent to MSc level.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical audiology experience at a minimum Band 5 level, with a focus on balance and complex adult cases.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a healthcare environment.
