Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring that all processes—from onboarding to offboarding—are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the setup of new employees, including sending out necessary documents and ensuring all data in the HRIS is up-to-date and accurate.
- Play a crucial role in our payroll process, working closely with our outsourced provider to ensure payroll runs smoothly and on time.
- Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI, covering areas like onboarding, offboarding, DBS checks, and more.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Be tech-savvy and bring a disciplined approach to your work.
- Want to grow and develop within the business.
