Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our European Commercial Strategy practice from our London office.

About the Role

This position is crucial to our continued success and growth within the biopharmaceutical sector and our continued growth with European-based global biopharmaceutical organizations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership Strategy: Drive the strategic direction and growth of the Commercial Strategy practice area within Europe, aligning with Putnam Associates overall business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic, high-impact solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and combining that with Putnam's existing network of relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Consulting Practice Partner, leveraging a strong background in the Pharmaceutical and Life Science industries to drive business generation and achieve revenue targets.
  • Skills: Exceptional consulting organization leadership, people development, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: A clear desire to build bespoke, evidence-based solutions for clients, with an innovation-oriented mindset.
