About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Passenger Assist Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to Customer Contact: Handle customer contact through various channels, including email, web forms, and phone calls, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a prompt and respectful manner.
  • Achieve Performance Objectives: Meet or exceed performance targets, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and documented in our CRM system.
  • Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify and resolve customer issues, and to improve our services and processes.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills, and to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
