Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Perform accurate and efficient order entry, converting customer requirements into our system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer needs
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure swift resolution
  • Manage call offs, partial shipments, and back orders until orders are completely fulfilled

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Great interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based IT systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

What We Offer:

  • Hourly pay rate - £12.82 per hour
  • Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Hybrid working - opportunity to work from home 2 days a week once fully trained
