Customer Service Representative

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week); Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £23,800 per annum

Our client is a leading provider of Occupational Health, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Sheffield, working on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
