Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Unity Connect. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, make outbound calls, respond to emails, and engage in live chat conversations to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment.
