Urology Clinic Support Officer

We are seeking a talented Medical Secretary to join our team at the Department of Urology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinicians and ensuring the smooth running of patient services.
Job DescriptionYou will work closely with our clinicians and other healthcare professionals to provide effective administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of our department. You will be responsible for managing patient pathways, dealing with patients' and relatives' queries, and transcribing digital dictation from clinicians.
Requirements- Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload to achieve deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Competent Microsoft Word User
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
