Clinical Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Assistant in Lincoln. This role will involve working flexibly across various sites, supporting our services in the Central unit, Inpatient unit, and Wellbeing Hub.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic to provide exceptional support to our staff, patients, and customers. You will be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness, adhere to Trust schedules, and ensure accurate documentation using electronic means.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean and tidy areas, including toilets, reception rooms, kitchenettes, office spaces, and wards.
- Restock consumable items and dispose of waste according to Trust policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate flexibility in approach to work and conditions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar environment or willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic computer skills to complete documentation and training tasks.
- Able to respond to changes in situations and adapt to new requirements.
