Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lincoln Hospital. You will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the medical secretarial team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks, including preparing medical documents and reports.
  • Develop strong relationships with Consultants, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with Trust policies.
Requirements:
  • Business Admin NVQ II or equivalent.
  • GCSE English Grade C or equivalent.
  • Typing and word/text processing skills.
  • Text Word processing & audio skills to RSA II or equivalent.
  • 4 GCSE Grade C or above.
  • Ability to type from digital dictation/audio.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to evidence/demonstrate key values and behaviours in line with both the Trust framework Patient Centred and Safety.
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work.
Benefits:
