Clinical Administration Assistant

The Clinical Administration Assistant position is a critical support role within the Haematology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Consultant Haematologists and their teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve productivity.
- Support the Consultant Haematologists with their daily workload.
Essential Requirements:
- GCSE English Grade C or equivalent.
- Typing and/or Word/Text Processing Skills.
- Audio Typing Experience.
- Business Admin NVQ II or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- Some knowledge of medical terminology.
- Previous NHS experience.
Working Conditions:
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Conscientious work attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to operate office equipment efficiently.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
