About the Role

As a Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to clinical teams, including managing correspondence, maintaining patient records, and coordinating clinic arrangements. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure will ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to correspondence, both written and verbal, on behalf of consultants.
  • Accurately update patient records, ensuring that all demographic information and clinical correspondence is recorded correctly.
  • Coordinate clinic arrangements, including scheduling appointments, cancellations, and re-appointments.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,058 - £32,220 per annum, depending on experience.
