We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team as a Breast Services Administration Coordinator. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing databases, and providing excellent support to our team members. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate data entry and maintain accurate records on the National Breast Screening Computer System (NBSS)
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional support to the symptomatic services team
  • Collaborate with the Breast Services Operational/Support Managers and admin team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administration and coordination skills
  • NVQ II or above in Business Administration
  • ECDL certification
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £18,195 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
