Job Description
As a Senior Administration Assistant at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Outpatients Department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality administrative support, coordinating appointments and acting as the first point of contact for patients.

We are seeking an organized and dedicated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a customer care environment or office setting is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. You should be able to work effectively within a large team or individually, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Outpatients Department
• Coordinate appointments, ensuring national and local targets are met

Requirements:
• GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer care environment or office setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
£24,071 - £25,674 (Band 3)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
