  • Sales Enablement: Leverage new farm and barn acquisitions to promote our induction lighting and sensor systems.
  • Market Insights: Stay attuned to market trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

About the Role:

  • Requirements: A proven track record in sales development, preferably in hardware or agritech systems.
  • Field Presence: Strong field presence with experience engaging farmers and conducting on-site inspections.
  • Candidate Profile: Proactive approach to managing the sales lifecycle and a collaborative mindset within a close-knit tech environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and events.
