Change Hospitality is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for managing a central sales team, achieving personal sales targets, and collaborating with the Director to set sales budgets and targets.
You will also be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to team members, managing the CRM system, and implementing an account management program.
Key skills and qualifications include experience in venue sales, catering knowledge, and a little black book of agency and corporate clients in London.
We estimate a salary of approximately £60,000 plus bonus based on industry standards and location.
