About the FacilityThe PICU and Acute environments at Cygnet Kenney House offer a safe and supportive space for women to receive care and treatment. The mental health rehabilitation and recovery ward provides a structured and nurturing environment, helping individuals to move forward with their lives.
Your Key Responsibilities- To support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- To allocate duties effectively and safely, considering the needs and preferences of each individual
- To provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, promoting independence and well-being
- To learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way, developing personalized care plans
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
