Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our Trade Branch Network team at Eurocell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience and driving customer loyalty.
- Support the delivery of sales targets, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring branch sales targets are achieved.
- Assist with the delivery of branch operations, including stocktakes, audits, and maintenance records for Branch vehicles.
- Provide support and assistance to Branch colleagues as required, ensuring a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
- A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers.
- A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy.
- Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
- Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g. SAP).
- A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage.
- The ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required.
- Previous branch stock take experience could be a distinct advantage.
- Comfortable to work in a small team and on occasion, alone.
- Experience within a similar role ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage.
- A very competitive basic salary of £27,903 per year.
- An excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary would be up to £32,703 per year.
- 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year.
