We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Branch Supervisor to join our team at Eurocell plc. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures
- Conduct stocktakes and audits, and maintain maintenance records for branch vehicles
- Assist with the delivery of branch operations and support the Branch Manager as required
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC environment
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales and maximise margins
- Excellent organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
- Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry standard software (e.g. SAP)
- A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage
- A competitive basic salary of £27, per year
- An excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary would be up to £32, per year
- 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year
