The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Easihold division. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, managing supply chains, and driving excellence in all aspects of our business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving operational excellence and best practices
  • Ensuring production capacity matches demand through effective planning and control
  • Purchasing raw materials, finished goods, and other materials
  • Improving and maintaining standard working procedures and quality assurance practices
  • Working with the sales team to convert sales forecasts into production plans
  • Maintaining reports of suppliers based on quality, timeliness, and price
  • Forecasting volume increases and decreases and communicating these changes to suppliers
  • Utilizing data to forecast consignment stock levels in 3PL warehouses globally
  • Providing analysis of product and goods wastage and recommending cost improvements
  • Promoting safe working practices and ensuring H&S compliance
  • Carrying out regular performance appraisals and retraining as needed
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in organizing and planning in a manufacturing environment
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant experience
  • NEBOSH or working towards desirable
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills
What We Offer
