Job Description

Sy3 is currently recruiting for a Behavioural Support Worker to work in our school setting in Crewe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with similar needs and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications in special educational needs or a related field
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
