About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Support Worker to join our team at Sy3 in Crewe. As a Behavioural Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred support to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Your primary responsibility will be to work one-to-one with children and young people who require additional support due to various reasons.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver targeted interventions to address challenging behaviours
  2. Develop and implement individualised support plans
  3. Build positive relationships with students and their families
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Knowledge of de-escalation techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to undergo professional training and development opportunities
