About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Year 5 Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work one-on-one with two autistic students in Year 5, providing tailored support to help them navigate school life with confidence.

This vital role involves adapting academic content to ensure it is accessible and enjoyable for the students. You will also work closely with small groups of students for phonics and other academic interventions, helping them build strong foundational skills and boosting their confidence across subjects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SEN support within a primary school setting and possess excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about making a difference in young lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
