Customer Service Ambassador

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English through various communication channels.
- Utilize the latest CRM tools to assess and resolve brick-based problems efficiently and effectively.
- Cover a range of shifts, including weekends, to ensure we provide best-in-class service to our customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus additional benefits that include:
- A performance-based/discretionary bonus of up to 10%.

This fixed-term position will run until the end of January 2025, with full in-person training provided during a 4-week induction period, followed by 2 weeks of on-the-job support.
Main QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
