Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Receptionist at one of our Warner Hotels locations. As part of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, always putting the guest at the heart of everything you do.
  • Develop and grow into delivering a great customer service experience on reception, within the hotel.
  • Work closely with the Reception Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

We are seeking a people person who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will need to be willing to learn and improve your knowledge on customer service, our products, and tailored selling.
