Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our mobile team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling queries and requests, and providing administrative support to the team. You will work closely with our clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Manage the reception area, including handling queries and requests
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
