Sales Director - Capital Equipment (Post, Parcel & E-commerce Unit)
To £165,000pa + bonus, making it an attractive salary for a dynamic leader in the industry.
LORD SEARCH & SELECTION is looking for a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive growth in the £40mpa post, parcel and e-commerce business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding market presence and leading high-impact sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Identify and target high-value customers, including large E-Commerce logistics firms, postal carriers, and 3PLs, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Engagement and Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, leveraging your excellent communication skills and personal credibility.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends, track competitive landscape, and provide insights into pricing strategies and new opportunities.
We are seeking a candidate with an in-depth understanding of parcel, postal, and e-commerce logistics, as well as expertise in high-value contract negotiations and complex sales cycles. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
