About Our Family

We are a close-knit family seeking a highly skilled and experienced childcare professional to join our household. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our 3 children, who require specialized attention due to their challenging behaviors.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Collaborating with our family to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Providing educational and recreational activities designed to promote learning and fun.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential childcare or a related field.
  • Qualifications in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral management techniques and strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
