Job DescriptionThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong background in residential childcare. As a Residential Childcare Trainer, you will be responsible for guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, sharing your expertise and passion for the residential childcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Guide learners through their apprenticeship journey, sharing your expertise and passion for the residential childcare sector.
- Build essential skills in English and Mathematics to prepare learners for success.
- Manage a caseload of up to 40 learners, ensuring they excel at their End-Point Assessment (EPA).
- Regularly review progress and adapt coaching strategies to drive results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Solid occupational experience in a residential childcare setting.
- A Residential Childcare qualification up to Level 5.
- A UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
