The Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our intake planning team as a Commercial Operations Director. You'll be responsible for managing intake forecasts, prioritizing critical products, and driving the development of our inbound management system.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing intake forecasts versus target and capacity globally;">
  • Leading the intake planning team to deliver accurate and timely visibility on inbound volumes;">
  • Prioritizing critical products into the business;">
  • Stakeholder management across commercial and supply chain;">
  • Driving forward the development and implementation of the new inbound management system;">
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and elevate the intake planning team;">
  • Writing and providing training for new intake stakeholders;">
  • Developing and training the intake planning team;">
  • Managing a high-performing team;">
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need 3-5 years of experience in intake planning, strong analytical skills, and excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel. Prior experience with implementing new systems is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including employee discounts, personal development opportunities, and access to LinkedIn learning materials.
