About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to business-led projects, reviewing profitability by brand/department/product type, and owning margin, intake, and stock from a commercial finance perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Product team (Buying, Merchandising and Global Planning) to provide financial support for business-led projects.
  • Review and analyse monthly profitability by brand/department/product type.
  • Own and manage margin, intake, and stock from a commercial finance perspective, working closely with the business to forecast and track accurately.
  • Add value to financial performance through developing and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with other Finance teams to ensure a collaborative approach towards business planning and forecasting.
  • Support our company culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • An accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • A high standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Flexible and open to change.
