We are seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our team, responsible for assessing and accepting new client referrals for our Local Authority Contracts. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in care coordination and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

About the Job

The Intake Coordinator will work closely with our intake team to understand the capacity of our branches' carer capacity and ensure efficient assessment and acceptance of new client referrals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and accept new client referrals for Local Authority Contracts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with care workers and external stakeholders.

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on location)
