The Role Overview

A competitive salary, including £43,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits, awaits the right candidate as a Mechanical Equipment Technician in Hulland Ward.



This permanent position involves on-site work with regular shifts, allowing you to be part of a company dedicated to safety, innovation, and environmentally friendly construction methods.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Tackling equipment maintenance and troubleshooting breakdowns to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Performing planned and urgent maintenance tasks.
  • Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Maintaining organized, safe, and hazard-free work areas.
  • Assisting in training other team members in maintenance tasks.
  • Following safety guidelines and completing necessary documentation.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification with experience in welding, cutting, and fabrication.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities are essential.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work to schedules and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and adaptable approach required.
  • Flexibility to handle rotational shifts and willingness to improve processes.
