Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Moy Park is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing production.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining a breakdown call-out plan to minimize downtime
  • Supporting production teams on the PPM system and providing regular reports on maintenance status and engineering performance
  • Maintaining all pressure systems and lifting equipment to comply with legal and insurance requirements
  • Assisting in purchasing and stock control of site maintenance requirements

You will also be responsible for maintaining the company's permit to work system and ensuring that all work carried out by maintenance teams and contractors complies with company health and safety policy.

The ideal candidate will have electrical qualifications up to 17th edition, experience working on PLCs and inverters, and mechanical experience. IOSH qualification is desirable. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
