The successful candidate will oversee critical administrative, HR, and operational functions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and service standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day workflows, ensuring smooth operation across legal services teams.
  • Collaborating with senior management to monitor and report on team performance against key metrics.
  • Implementing technology solutions to optimize workflows and enhance client satisfaction.

This role also involves:

  • Leading client issue resolution, escalating matters when necessary and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for team members.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and regular check-ins to maintain team motivation and performance.

Salary: £30,015 - £37,000 per annum, plus annual bonus scheme and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
