Retail Team Lead

As a Customer Service Supervisor at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team in achieving sales goals. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive excellent service and that sales goals are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback.
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional who has a passion for retail and is looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support our sales team in achieving sales goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback
- Work closely with the sales team to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Support our sales team in achieving sales goals and provide coaching and training as needed
- Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
Salary: £13.50 per hour, plus benefits package
