Job OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Experience Administration Team as a hybrid worker, balancing time in our office in Whetstone on the outskirts of Leicester, and at home on a rota basis.
Responsibilities- Process all housing administration duties and postal service requirements in accordance with service level agreements
- Work as part of the Customer Experience Administration Team to ensure all Team goals and SLAs are met
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Salary: £23,400 per annum
