Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Experience Administration Team as a hybrid worker, balancing time in our office in Whetstone on the outskirts of Leicester, and at home on a rota basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Process all housing administration duties and postal service requirements in accordance with service level agreements
  2. Work as part of the Customer Experience Administration Team to ensure all Team goals and SLAs are met
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
