Job Description:
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate of £13.50+ per hour (plus additional holiday pay)
- Shifts: Part-time and Full-time shifts available, including days and nights

Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing 24-hour care and support to children and young people living in our residential homes
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience working with children and young people who display EBD
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents
