About the Role

Austin Fraser is looking for a dedicated Children's Home Manager to join our team. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will work closely with young people between the ages of 8-18 who require support with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, either as a Children's Support Worker or in another healthcare or social care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting young people in the home and promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintaining a safe environment for the young people.
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with staff, parents, Social Workers, and other professionals involved in the young people's lives.

The estimated salary for this position is around £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including company pension, 28 days annual leave, and access to discounts for shopping outlets, restaurants, and cinemas.
