About the Position

We are seeking a Support Worker for Children with Additional Needs to join our team at Connex - Wales. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to children with SEN.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with SEN, preferably with experience working in a school setting. A valid Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration as a School Learning Support Worker are essential requirements.

As a Support Worker for Children with Additional Needs, you will be responsible for providing general support to pupils with their learning and daily activities, promoting independence and self-confidence, and developing and implementing individualized plans for each pupil.

This role offers a competitive daily rate of £76.92 (increasing to £96.00 after 12 weeks), PAYE paid weekly, and access to our SEND Toolkit skills development package. We also offer funded formal qualifications and a wellbeing programme.
