Job Title: Additional Needs Coordinator

We are looking for an Additional Needs Coordinator to join our team at Educators Wales.

About the Role:

This role involves providing support to learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities (LDD), and contributing to their annual person-centred reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure learners receive the necessary support
  • Developing and maintaining learner profiles to inform support planning
  • Collaborating with external agencies to ensure learners receive comprehensive support

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with ALN, 5 GCSEs grade A-C (including Maths and English) or equivalent, and experience in education or a care setting.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required. We offer a generous pension scheme, term-time only working, and other benefits.

Salary: £18,500 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
