Director of Private Aviation

We are seeking a highly strategic leader to join our team as Director of Private Aviation. This role demands a deep understanding of the aviation industry, with a proven track record in business development and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the private aviation division, monitoring industry trends and implementing initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of booked flights, ensuring all aircraft maintenance, safety checks, and compliance with aviation regulations.
  3. Client Relations & Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing customized service and solutions to meet their travel needs.
  4. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and safety-first culture.

Essential Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in private aviation or luxury travel, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  2. Demonstrated experience managing a team of sales staff.
  3. Proven track record in business development and client relations in the aviation industry.

Skills Required:

  1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  2. Deep understanding of aviation regulations, fleet management, and operational efficiency.
  3. Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth individuals.
  4. Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  5. Ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and make critical decisions in a high-stakes environment.
