Role: Director of Private Jets

Line Up Aviation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their private jet division. As Director of Private Jets, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership
    Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
    Monitor industry trends and stay ahead of the competition.
    Manage financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
  2. Operations Management
    Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless flight experiences for clients.
    Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.
    Manage vendor relationships, including aircraft operators and ground handling services.
  3. Client Relations & Business Development
    Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their travel needs.
    Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth and partnerships.
    Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the booking, flight, and post-flight processes.
  4. Team Leadership
    Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    Foster a positive and safety-first culture, ensuring staff are aligned with company values and standards.
    Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the division.
Essential Experience:
  1. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in private aviation or luxury travel, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  2. Demonstrated experience managing a team of sales staff.
  3. Proven track record in business development and client relations in the aviation industry.
Skills Required:
  1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  2. Deep understanding of aviation regulations, fleet management, and operational efficiency.
  3. Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth individuals.
  4. Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  5. Ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and make critical decisions in a high-stakes environment.
  6. Must hold a full UK driver's license, and have the ability to work within the UK.
