### Job Title: Director for Insurance Supervision

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director for Insurance Supervision to join our team at MW Appointments. As a key figure in our Aviation Department, you will be responsible for devising innovative solutions for complex aviation risks and managing a diverse array of functions, including client management, market liaison, operations, and team supervision.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in identifying new revenue streams and winning new business
* Understand risk and client requirements
* Design appropriate cover structures
* Provide guidance and support to clients
* Identify suitable markets and insurers with appropriate appetite
* Devise the most effective placement strategy
* Provide input into preparing market presentations
* Negotiate with clients and insurers
* Coordinate the placement process
* Ensure adherence to internal processes, file management, and compliance

### Essential Skills:

* Technical experience within international aviation insurance risks
* Exposure to the Lloyd's market and relevant insurers
* Client servicing and development skills
* Team leadership experience is desirable

### What's on Offer:

* Salary range to 140,000 to 160,000 + excellent benefits package
* City of London & Home hybrid working
* Permanent contract
