Job Title: Aviation Insurance Broker

Job Summary:

Nashrock Insurance Recruitment is seeking an experienced Aviation Insurance Broker to lead and grow our Aviation accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and partners, developing new client and underwriter relationships, and growing the portfolio through a commercially minded approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of existing Worldwide Aviation accounts
  • Ensuring a first-class service to clients and partners to ensure accounts are renewed annually
  • Developing new client and underwriter relationships
  • Actively looking to grow the portfolio by a commercially minded approach
  • Working closely with the Broker Support Team to ensure timely and accurate market documentation
  • Placing complex Aviation risks into the London Market Insurance
  • The option to travel globally and develop new relationships
  • Eventually building and leading a team

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of Lloyds Broking experience
  • Experience in Aviation insurance/reinsurance risks
  • Strong client and market facing skills
  • Solid negotiation skills with a commercially minded approach
