About the Role

Heat Recruitment is seeking an experienced Aviation Insurance Broker to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of general aviation insurance accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the business, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
  • Product Expertise: Provide expert advice to clients on a range of aviation insurance products, including policy lines tailored to general aviation.
  • Underwriting Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms and conditions for clients.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the business, leveraging your connections and market knowledge.

Requirements
